Currently, I cannot give a definitive answer to that. It might be public in the future, but when and if, I cannot say right now. Sorry.
Is this game dead since the last update was 2022 and the status is still in development ?
It's in limbo. I would like to be able to work on the game again, but health and other private issues have gotten in the way. I do want to finish the game at some point, but when or if that'll happen, I don't know. Sorry.

But Where is the first chapter?
The first chapter is the first world (the one you start in).
I hope I'm not being a bother, I was just directed to this game and what's here so far is great...I do hope more comes out sooner or later
last update was a year ago so....
The game is updating, just an artist dropped out of the project, the rest is done. They confirmed it on DA.

An artist has not dropped out of the project. The art has been taking a while since the artist is not solely focusing on the project and there is quite a bit of art that needs to be made, but they have not dropped out of the project.
Also, only up to Chapter 2 is currently done, with slight progress on Chapter 3. It's only Chapter 1 and 2 that is done, aside from the art.
So it's possible that the project will continue?
That's the intention at the very least.

Chapter 3 in all honesty haven't done much progress yet, things have been rough with life

Right now, I can't give a proper date as the next update had been delayed because the artist was going through some real-life problems; however, if everything goes to plan, I'm hoping it comes out during the summer.

As someone that played a lot of fan RPGMaker games (mostly weigh gain from weightgaming) i am extremely pleased with this project! I am really loving forward to future releases!
